If you currently have switching service with RelayHealth and will use the switch to submit data, then complete the Network Data Delivery Authorization Amendment.

If you currently have switching service with RelayHealth and will use batch files to submit data, then complete the Batch Data Delivery Agreement.

If you currently do not have switching service with RelayHealth and will use batch files to submit data, then complete the Batch Data Authorization.
