How to Register to Retrieve Patient Controlled Substance Usage Reports
To register for Report Retrieval (i.e., pulling patient reports), please complete the Notarization Form in the Report Retrieval Registration Kit and send to MS PMP to begin the registration process.
Registration forms are processed and approved by the Mississippi PMP office. If you have questions or need additional information contact our RelayHealth Customer Care at 800-892-0333.

Informs pharmacist that the new RelayHealth data collection system for MS PMP is now available for pharmacies to register and begin submitting data. Pharmacies should complete the registration process on the new system and begin submitting all controlled substance reporting data to that new system by November 6, 2009.
